Review of all contracts, logistics, and wedding plans.
In-depth meeting with the couple to understand their vision and key details.
Contact all vendors to confirm timelines, deliveries, and responsibilities.
Creation of a Detailed Wedding Day Timeline
Development and distribution of a full event itinerary for the couple, vendors, and wedding party.

Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination

Lead and direct the rehearsal (typically the day before the wedding).
Provide guidance for the wedding party, officiant, and family members.

Full-Day Supervision and Management

On-site presence from preparation to the end of the event (see contract)
Oversee vendor arrivals and setup florals, rentals, catering, entertainment, etc.
Ensure the décor is installed as planned and troubleshoot any issues.

Ceremony Management

Cue and coordinate processional and recessional.
Assist the officiant and manage ceremony logistics.
Ensure smooth transitions and timing.

Reception Coordination

Coordinate grand entrance, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and other special moments.
Manage the flow of the event and keep everything on schedule.
Supervise vendor performance and guest experience.

Personal Assistance to the Couple

Be the go-to person for the bride, groom, and wedding party.
Provide a wedding emergency kit for any last-minute needs.

Event Wrap-Up & Breakdown

Oversee the end-of-night breakdown and vendor pickups.
Ensure all personal items and decor are safely packed.
Confirm the venue is left in good condition and all final details are handled.
